We met Lori 20 years ago when we relocated to Barrington. She took great care of us then and stayed in touch the entire time. Every contact with us was authentic, genuine and personalized.

When we started thinking about selling our Barrington home and retiring to Arizona, we didn't consider contacting anyone else other than Lori, she was our go-to realtor for advice and always will be.

Through a series of meetings over the last 1-2 years, we devised a winning plan to get the best price in the least amount of time in a volatile market.

We worked with her home inspector and her stagers prior to listing and it really paid off. She advised us to list initially in the Private Network which was an excellent strategy. Within a few days, we had multiple offers which Lori thoughtfully reviewed with us.

The end result, we sold our Barrington home for the highest price per foot in our neighborhood and got the closing date we wanted.

A few issues came up (beyond Lori's control) during the contract-to-closing period with the buyers. In true Lori Rowe form, she negotiated the best outcome for us so we could remain focused on our move to Arizona.

We've experienced Lori's consummate professionalism at both ends of buying and selling a home - the motto she lives by (and we observed) is "when things go sideways, always collaborate, never antagonize." Her contractors, attorney and movers that we used were outstanding. She was always a phone call away. The best part is that we shared MANY laughs and stories along the way (and still do). We will continue to refer our friends to her and know that they are in very capable hands.
