Working with Betsy was an experience in reality, which was most appreciated! She dealt with our evolving needs/requests professionally and with an understanding that proved she’s been through this before. When I’d get all excited about a listing she knew the key words to look out for to temper my expectations and bring us back to the reality of what they really meant. When we’d request she show us certain homes, price-driven on our end, location and work required were foremost in her concern for us, asking us if we really wanted to live in that space, deal with the repairs, genuinely wanting us to be happy where we ended up. Her sincere desire that we find our perfect home, no matter how many we dragged her to see, was very impressive and her energy infectious! And, guess what! We closed today on our perfect downsize!! Betsy was outstanding in all respects. I was referred to her by a friend who’d retained Betsy to sell his elderly mom’s condo.
