Michelle and Frankie are the best to work with. They pulled out all the stops to ensure my house sold fast and for a great price! They arranged for a stager to help me, fabulous photographer and Frankie even did a personal video walking through my house. They also helped me find a house in during a very difficult market. I highly recommend hiring them. They work seamlessly together.

We used Frankie and Michelle from a recommendation of 2 different families we know in the area. We are so thankful we did! They are so knowledgeable about so many different areas in Lake and Cook counties. They bring you in and treat you like family…bring goodies over for the family….send you tips for homeownership every month….holiday pies!!!!!!!!! They are also very supportive but also very honest about the market. They honestly became our good friends, not just agents. This is why we ended up using them to sell out property as well!

Frankie and Michelle were the best. I would highly recommend the Nunez team for all your real estate needs.
Michelle checked all the boxes for our family. She has a fun bubbly personality but more than that, you can tell how deep her passion for real estate goes.
Michelle is the definition of a true go getter. She is not only extremely knowledgeable but very meticulous when it comes to her attention to detail which is exactly what you want when hiring a realtor. She was readily available any time we needed her.
And now onto Frankie.
Frankie was a pleasure to work with. He helped us every step of the way.
