One and a half years after we moved from Cook County into our new home in Wauconda, I still think of Rita O’Connor with fondness and gratitude. When we were impatient and frustrated, Rita was calm and confident, always reassuring us with her wise, caring, and informed counsel.

Rita knows so much about so many counties and neighborhoods, and the workings of houses (boilers, septic, well) and communities (anticipated development and zoning changes), and so much more. You couldn’t ask for a better partner than Rita.
