When I moved away, I found Sherry on Google and used her team to find a tenant for me, and it was a smooth & pleasant experience. When I later decided to sell my home, I reached out to her again, and I’m so glad I did!!! Sherry is incredibly efficient in finding interested clients - even when my situation is fairly tricky, and the home isn't perfect. We had nearly 20 showings in a week and subsequently multiple offers. To say that she is good at what she does is an understatement. She continued keeping me updated every step of the way, she was responsive and stayed on top of everything. If it weren’t for her meticulousness, the entire process wouldn’t have run as smoothly. This winter, I had the privilege of working with Capri to purchase my first home. I was quite particular about choosing a realtor and met with several agents before making a decision. Capri stood out as the best choice by far.

Additionally, I (truly) did hours of extensive research and 1:1’s to find a reputable lender - communication, rates, lender benefits, etc. After it all, I ended up going with Capris original recommendation. I pretty much went with everyone she recommended. Even though Capri has an exceptional team, she always encouraged me to weight my options regardless.

She promptly scheduled showings on short notice and was always willing to answer my late-night questions and concerns. In such an emotionally demanding process, I’m so happy I had Capri. She truly held our hand throughout the entire home-buying process and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I’ve already recommended Capri to numerous friends and family, and I plan to continue doing so. I’m so grateful to have a reliable and knowledgeable realtor who can assist me with future home transactions.

Buyers and Sellers beware! Amy holds offers so she can reach out to possibly other interested buyers in order to hopefully (for her) create a bidding war. I’m sure this strategy has worked well for her at times, but when it doesn’t, as in the buyer who has submitted an offer cancels the offer, she ends up hurting the people she is representing as well as the other stakeholders in the transaction. She doesn’t represent anyone other than herself in her transactions.

Don’t take my word for it, look past the paid 5-star bot reviews and instead look at the 1-star reviews on here and other platforms. I wrote my review, then read others and was floored to see nearly the exact same scenario happened to so many others in addition to numerous other super sketchy, unethical experiences.

I called Amy this morning to ask questions about how the pricing of our home is determined and then upon sale, what are the financials involved. We have bought and sold eight times over the years and Amy never once asked about listing our home. She was friendly, very knowledgeable, had a warm, engaging voice and gave me all the information I needed. We talked three times in about an hour plus she put all the financials in an email. She is a true professional and someone I would strongly recommend doing business with.
