Travis Torres is the man. My fiancée and I did not actually end up working with him entirely due to the fact that we bought a new build through the builder. However, Travis was one of the first people to help walk us through the process even knowing that we wouldn’t end up closing a deal with him. He just wanted the best for us and advised us as best as he could. It says a lot about someone when they are willing to help you even if they don’t necessarily stand to gain anything. If you fall under the category of needing an agent to help you, then pick Travis. He will not disappoint.

My fiancé and I had so much trouble finding a house because of a mark on his rental history… luckily I found this company and got the pleasure to work with madyson ! She told us at the beginning that she would help us find the perfect house and she did more than just hold her end of the deal ! she was super sweet and relatable , and even was able to work out a deal for us to be able to move in ! If it weren’t for her we would still be stressing about finding a house , so I am more than greatful to have found this company and their amazing leasing agent madyson !

Coldwell seemed alright at first. They took over as new property managers at westridge halfway through my lease. They evicted for one months rent after I came to a mutual agreement over the phone with them. When we got to court the judge laughed at whoever was representing them because of the circumstances. Now they are still harassing me over charges that don’t exist. I’m having to bring them to court this time. Very unprofessional for the first half year you couldn’t even get a hold of them. Forced to leave a voicemail and never a call back. Have a little self pride and take my advise; I don’t care if they are giving a mansion away for free; bite the bullet on this one I’m warning you not worth it prefer location rentals or any other location rental agencies.

Although my experience with Coldwell Banker Property Management has been brief, I have no complaints. They are pleasant and have taken very good care of us, so far. The vendors they have sent for maintenance have all been very pleasant, as well. We are very happy in our new home!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY THEIFS EVERYTIME WE PAID ON OUR RENT THEY WOULD STEAL IT AND THAT SAME DAY WE DIDN'T PAY ALSO THIER RECENT LANDLORD SMILED WHEN SHE EVICTED US THEY HAVE COLORISM HERE NOW YEAH IM NOT RICH OR WHATEVER BUT THAT GAVE THEM NO RIGHT TO TREAT US THE WAY THEY DID PS WHEN THEY SERVED OUR EVICTION NOTICE WE WERE TOLD THAT IF WE PAY THE AMOUT THAT THEY WERE SUING US FOR IT WOULD BE RETRACTED THEY CLAIMED THAT THEY WOULD GIVE US FROM THE TIME THE EVICTION WAS SERVED TO THE DAY OF TO PAY THE MORNING OF WHEN WE TRIED TO TAKE IT IN THEY SAID TO MEET THEM AT COURT WHEN WE DID THEY SAID THAT IF WE PAID THE AMOUT WE WOULD STILL BE EVICTED SO ANOTHER OBIVOUS SCAM ALSO THE DAY WE MOVED OUT THEY SENT US A LETTER SAYING WE DID NOT APPEAR IN COURT WHEN WE DID SO FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE
