OH MY GOSH
Mike Rein went above and beyond what any other real estate broker would do for a client. I keep telling him that our meeting was strictly divine intervention. We met while we were at a Chamber of Commerce event at a local restaurant. Even though I had referrals from friends, I chose Mike after meeting him and doing some research. It was the best decision I could have made.

He was thorough, listened to my needs, and discussed different strategies. He was available any time I needed to contact him! I got the price I wanted within three days of "pre-listing". I felt that he was truly on my side and represented my best interests. He was the voice of reason when things became contentious between my attorney, the buyer and the buyer's lawyer. He maintains his calm manner even when under stress!

He was so helpful getting my house ready for closing! (Which was way above and beyond any other realtors I have used) What else can anyone ask of a broker?

Michael was exceptional! He has tremendous expertise and market knowledge. We were in the process of moving out of state. So the fact that Michael kept us updated throughout the entire process was very reassuring. He was quick to answer any questions or concerns we had. Mike Rein represented us, and we couldn't have felt better prepared to take on the crazy real estate market that is 2021. He found us plenty of houses to view in spite of low inventory, and he found us a diamond in the rough. He even came up with an offer that was under asking and surprisingly the buyer accepted, unheard of nowadays. We ended up with our dream home in the end, and we couldn't have done it without Mike's help each step of the way.
