I just closed on a property in Woodhaven Lakes with the wonderful Tonja at Erbes Realty . Tonja helped me navigate my purchase which was not easy given my technical skills. All the on line paperwork which were a frustrating mystery to me, she was able to guide me through. She was always available when I had a problem. Lori is truly AMAZING!!! I found myself literally asking when she sleeps as she went ABOVE AND BEYOND in helping us sell our slice of Heaven, or should I say Haven! From a value statement early on in the year to a listing on a Friday afternoon with a FULL CASH OFFER within 48 hours EVERYTHING about our experience was amazing! Thank you, Lori. We were looking to sell a lot at Woodhaven, and we knew we weren't going to be a "high dollar" sale since it was just a lot only. After a horrible year long experience with another company, we were so happy to have switched to Lori to sell.

It wasn't perfect & it wasn't glamorous, it was downright frustrating at times. But, Lori was with us. Guidance, advice, and compassion in our interactions were present.
