Jim Ludes/Hexagon is the best! He went above and beyond us to help us get our new home purchased. Jim wants people to get into the home of their dreams so he is patient and informative and makes sure that we are armed with the knowledge to make a great decision. He took time and explained every part of the contract we were signing. He is very communicative, always replying to a call or text quickly, and helped answer all of our question (or ease our concerns). We had a tough closing process and Jim was there every step of the way to get us across the finish line. He is present and available for his clients. We appreciate everything Jim does/did, and we will use him again in the future, and recommend him to others.

There are a lot of emotions you feel when buying your first home. Excitement, stress, happiness etc. Those emotions can feel overwhelming at times so it’s important to make sure you have the proper support with loved ones and friends. But I would say that most important factor of the process is your realtor. One that will be transparent and honest during the roller coaster ride of the emotions I mentioned. Jim was an absolute blessing to my family and I he provided and recommended some amazing people we would be needing throughout which we loved. I have known Jim for many years now. He has sold properties for me as well as helped me purchase property. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to everything real estate. The thing that I appreciate the most is his honesty when it came to a listing price. Most realtors will list it for what you tell them to knowing it is overpriced. Jim does a lot of research on what a property should sell for to price it right so he doesn’t have to come back 3 weeks later to lower the price. I will continue to work with Jim in the future the next time I’m looking to buy or sell.
