Hailey from Arrow is the best! We have been working with her about a year trying to find a home that fit our specific wants and needs. Never once did she try to change what we wanted or show us properties that didn't align with what we wanted. In past experiences, that's exactly what ended up happening. She was very personal and communicative through the whole process. If there was something we didn't understand or had a question about, she explained it in depth. If she didn't know the answer for something, she dug deep and found it right away. She was respectful yet very firm during negotiations.
