I requested the listing realtor of a property to contact me because I was interested in looking at a house they listed. They contacted me by text a few hours later. I texted them back and asked a couple of questions; Is there an HOA, who is the internet provider, and did they have time in the next day or two for a showing. They responded "yes I can do a showing, please call me". I was not able to call due to my cellular service being spotty and a few hours later I received another text. "The HOA dues are X, AT&T works out there but Sprint is not good, they'll find out about others. Please call me."
I responded exactly - "The HOA kills it, we won't move to another HOA neighborhood.
Thank you anyways!"

Well, thankfully Mischa Brown is happy to text me back this message (obviously not intended for me) - "My customer asked if it had a HOA & I replied yes, told him how much in Hidden Lakes & just annual & he said he and his wife will never move to an HOA neighborhood again! He's probably a jerk. So, I won't be showing him Hidden Lakes, nor do I care to show him anything else."

Just in case anyone wonders, I would not recommend Mischa Brown to any clients either. Obviously anyone who doesn't want to live in an HOA is a jerk and should be treated as such.
