Renee is a very nice and personable agent. She relies on the automated system to show the home, and collect feedback. If you're looking for someone to let the technology do it's thing, she's the agent for you. Our experience, was that we had to ask for feedback on a showing or often, we wouldn't receive any. Renee was over an hour late to the first open house she scheduled for our home, didn't show up to the second one, sent some other agent, from a different company with out notifying us. Regardless, we kept our home listed with her for several months. Without any offers over approximately 6 months on the market, we've moved on from Renee.
