Jim Matzen helped our family to find a perfect home. Our family had many different criterias when shopping for houses in South Bay area. Not only Jim has lived and developed his career in Bay area for long that he knows every details of goods and bads in area, but also Jim was able to translate his knowledge to our family's needs throughout the whole process. Jim will not simply chase after number of transactions. Instead Jim will help clients to find the perfect home which will fit in the clients needs and love for long. Ultimately, in Bay area where it has been sellers market for long, willingness to pay should be always determined by buyer. Realtor's job is to guide home shoppers by feeding knowledgeable information and by providing number of comparables that can help buyers to determine willingness to pay. With my experience, I cannot ask for a better realtor and I'd definitely work with Jim again on my next home purchase.
