We just closed our third transaction with Danny Gould and his amazing team. Four years ago my husband and I were looking to buy our first home and things weren’t going well. We were hitting open homes every weekend and had made six offers and never got the home. My brother mentioned his classmate from Stanford was a realtor and recommended we check out one of his listings. I’m so glad I listened to him because we met Danny that afternoon and soon scheduled a meeting with him. He met with us on a Tuesday for nearly two hours. That weekend we found a home on which we wanted to make an offer and the following Tuesday our offer was presented by Danny and accepted. After a few years in our home, we were ready to move into our longer term home and sell our place. Danny had us work with his talented agent, Kiana Gordon, who helped us score our dream home. I have known Danny Gould for 5 years. Dan is extremely knowledgeable in the area of real estate. He is also honest and up front in sharing the knowledge he has. He will help you not only to price and select the home of your dreams but will also help you to time your purchase for when the market suits the transaction. At times, this may mean a bit of waiting for the right time, which can cost money to the realtor. However, while everyone needs to make a living, Dan's focus is not on his pocketbook; it is on yours. This focus has an integrity to it. Dan also keeps an eye out for your tax interests in dealing with your home purchase and existing real estate investments and gives referrals to tax expertise when appropriate. Dan is a class act and is friendly to boot. I like Dan a lot. I am familiar with his associates Belmin and Hans, and they would be good to work with as well. I highly recommend giving Dan's firm a try when you are considering a new home.
