This brokerage recruits agents from other firms by offering lead generation and website presence for a yearly fee. Despite initially agreeing to the yearly contract, I requested to cancel after reviewing their services. I had not utilized their services throughout the year, yet they charged me again. Their practices seem deceptive and unfair. Agents, beware of this company. I've sent numerous emails and all they want to do is make you jump through hoops to cancel.

I started using the tech provided by BPO Homes back in March of 2023 when I was still a part of eXp Realty. They taught me how to fish. How to find deals on my own and take them to closing. Once I started getting deals out the system, I realized how I was being taken advantage by these huge companies that drain agents for money/commission so I decided to join BPO Homes as an agent. I got to keep 100% of my commission, I received the best training I could ask for, I received opportunities I haven’t anywhere else. I’m happy to be a part of this community and to see where it takes me.

Be aware that you are making an annual agreement. I was told I could check out, and it was month to month. What they didn't tell me is that it's month to month for one year. I can't use the program and now they are forcing me to pay anyway. Beware.
