Jonathan and his team define the very meaning of full service realtors. We bought our $1.4M house in Prunedale to move back from Virginia. We had only photos online. Portola Group made videos of several properties to give us a fuller picture of the homes. They even added music. They helped us with our insurance agent, the septic and termite inspections, and even facilitated the bank loan by responding immediately with their requests. Through it all Jonathan kept us in the loop, responded quickly and clearly to every request, and went the extra unexpected distance for us. I could not have been happier with Jonathan and his amazing team!
