Absolutely adore Susan Atkinson! She’s a seasoned accountant that works hard to advise and manage our tax planning & filings. We tried an EA, and after many issues we were recommended to Susan. She offers excellent customer service and her office staff is friendly and efficient. We don’t know what we would do without Susan!

Susan is the best around. The process is always simple, and my refunds are significantly higher than they ever were when I did my taxes myself. She takes the time to get to know her clients and their needs. Can’t recommend her enough!

Susan is a solid accountant but there are two issues compared to other accounting services in the area.

1. Her prices are extremely high. For a basic married filing jointly—$320. Most places in the area are doing the same for less than $100.

2. Communication. We had an issue with our W-4s where our employers weren’t withholding enough so we owed. Okay fine, we’ll pay our taxes but we wanted to find out what to do to avoid this the following year.
Susan was nice enough to offer to look them over as well as our paystubs to help us figure out what was wrong.
After following up with her 3 times, we still have not heard anything.

We won’t be returning next year.

Susan is an amazing accountant who truly cares about her clients. I have used Susan for many years and would not use anyone else. Anyone looking for an accountant who is honest and does not sugar coat anything needs to use Susan. Keep up the great work Susan.
