My family has been with Amy Newling and her Allstate family for more than 15 years. We have worked with her brother Scott and her father Earl. They have ALWAYS taken care of us! If we had a claim or questions about coverage or once - when I made a mistake on renewing our coverage - they helped us avoid any problems or issues. Several years ago, our 17 year-old daughter was involved in a typical teenager incident that could have cost us alot of money and future issues with her license. Amy calmly took all the details and set everything straight for us. Bottom line - a $100 deductible! Whew! Our rates with them have always been reasonable but we wouldn't leave them if they doubled!! They have treated us like family and we are very gratefull to Amy and Newling Allstate Insurance
