Attempted to get assistance with transferring insurance to another vehicle as an existing client and the service I received was very unprofessional. The first time I called the representative connected me to sales and the call was disconnected. The second time I called and pressed 1 for sales the call was disconnected again. The third time I called my call was forwarded directly to voicemail. After calling from a different phone number I finally reached the original representative again; and she was aware that there were no sales representatives available after transferring me to them. Obviously not wanting to assist, she took the VIN numbers that I had (which could’ve been done at the start of the call) and informed me that she would call back with quotes. I received an extremely RUSHED call back 2 minutes before they closed informing me of only one of the two quotes that I requested. Please hire people that actually want to work.

I cancel my insurance in October the 3rd and now I'm looking at a collection for $177 dollars on my credit report I never got a statement and a documents that I signed that I owe any money now I have a collection on my background and my credit score drop they need to resolve this problem immediately I've been with you guys for more than 3 years and I work too hard for my credit to go down over 177 that I didn't know nothing about owing or had to pay due to me canceling the paperwork that I signed does not say I owe anything I have the DocuSign of documents that you guys sent me to sign for the cancellation which says I cancel on the 3rd of October they are scamming people out of their money

Sales/Customer Rep is awesome. Tiffany listens to you, works with you making sure all your insurance questions are answered. Tiffany, reached out to me at the end of every month since 2022, checked in asking if I purchased a truck yet. I finally did and woo-hoo, thank you, Tiffany, for all of your help. Upset only because the broker here did not disclose their $150 nonrefundable fee for handling my 'renewed' vehicle policy and in addition, they charge additional for financing. Just in all, I plan to walk away from them within a quarter's time from now and find something else. The math was absurdly not mathing when they found a lower rate for me when they send out their 'letters'.
