My AC stopped working and I had mechanical breakdown coverage, I was not very hopeful on getting something for broken AC.

I called the customer service and filed a claim, within few hrs of filing the claim Christina called and made sure everything is Ok and if there is any issue with the claim process.

She followed throughout the process (which took just 2 days from filing to payment) and made sure i was informed during the process
