Our initial contact with Landon Realty Group was via the mail. We received a packet in the mail that had a brochure about the Probate process and also had a notepad enclosed. I googled searched the company and it looked very reputable. So, I decided to call. The scary or uneasy part of this was we live in Northern California but the property we needed to sell is in Southern California. So we needed to secure a real estate firm in that area that we really didn’t know anything about. Back to the call. I dialed the number and a woman answered the phone. It turned out it was Jennifer Landon. I was really taken back that she answered the phone. She was so warm and caring right from the start. We had no clue as to the process or the ride we were in for. She assured me they would take care of everything. Their entire Team is/was truly amazing. Nancy Castillo is the person we probably had the most contact with. She was always so positive and energetic ensuring us that all was going well and that they would find a buyer for the property. For never having met in person or being referred to them they treated us like family from that very first interaction.
We would highly recommend the Landon Realty Group for buying, or selling your home or to help with any Probate needs. They are an amazing company and team and worked tirelessly from start to finish.
