I can not even put into words how wonderful a process it was to work with Ellie and Burk Brokerage when selling our house. Ellie helped sell our house in a difficult market. She was able to suggest several suggestions when a buyer made an offer on the house. If it wasn’t for her persistence and hard work in bringing the house to closing for us, we might have never gotten through such a difficult negotiation. Ellie went above what any realtor would do to help get our house sold.
We received an offer but the buyers lender required certain repairs be done before the final approval. Ellie/Burke Brokerage got the necessary repairs completed professionally and swiftly and we were able to close on time!
