I recently contacted Giacomo about switching my current Farmers Auto Insurance Policy over to him to bundle with my Home Owners Insurance Policy that I already had through him. So this is the second policy that I have through Giacomo and both times he has provided nothing but professional, courteous and outstanding service. Anytime I have contacted him he always responds promptly and assists me with any of my questions or concerns that I may have. Giacomo is one of the best agents out there. We have been working together for nearly 7 years. He is always responsive to questions, policy changes, issues that come up, etc. Likewise, his explanation are very thorough. I had one odd auto incident where I didn't think the claims adjuster was going to give me the benefit of the doubt. Giacomo handled the conversation to make sure I was covered. I could not be happier with Giacomo and his services! Any time I have ever needed anything, he or one of his team members has quickly and efficiently given me what I needed without hesitation. It's very obvious that his clients' satisfaction and best interest are his priorities.

Today I had a terrible experience with the Secretary of State's office (surprise surprise) and had to call Giacomo numerous times for all sorts of information and documents. He answered the phone each and every time and was so quick to get the info over, calling me back each time to confirm I had received it. He even had a calming way about him over the phone which helped me deal with the situation!
