Kate was recommended to us by a coworker who had just bought their first home. It was the best thing that could have happened to two first time home buyers. Kate helped us narrow down the areas we wanted live in, navigate an ever-changing housing market, taught us the ropes of the process, and consistently found a variety of houses for us to look at. Kate was amazing, I can't state this enough. Was always upbeat and professional and willing to help. As a realtor she was very knowledgeable of the local area also quite aggressive during negotiations and got us a better value than we would have thought of. Highly recommended!
