This review for Esmeralda Gil is to give accommodations as she was so dedicated to getting my first time condo. She followed up consistently with the inspector/inspections, attorney and the Lender to make sure that all the areas were covered during this process.

She always stayed in touch either by text or emails to me to be sure I was understanding the process of purchasing the Condo.

She made purchasing the Condo an easy process and explained everything. She is dedicated to each of her clients.

She kept in contact with me before the closing and after the closing. She also made me aware that if ever I needed anything in regards to the Condo or had questions she would assist me and has an open door policy with her client.

Beware of this realtor! She booked a party through an event planner that I know. This planner worked on her event for months and on the day of the party she decided to throw out the planner after all the inventory and vendors were already set up and in place by the planner. The planner has photos of the beauty of the party and her work. Esmeralda then stiffed the planner on the payment and breached her contract. Is this who you want handling your money and real estate? Beware of this shady lady!
