If you are looking to buy or sell Juan is the go to person for all things real estate! He is very professional, honest, knowledgeable and advocates on behalf of his client! He helped us purchase a property requiring repairs which was no easy task. I've referred friends and family that were selling and he made the process seamless. He amazing and one of the best in the business! Highly recommend him to ANYONE and we will be working with him again when ready for our next property.

Giving 1 star due to the fact that Juan has been extremely unprofessional and rude since him and his business started the process of renting the three-unit building myself and my family are currently renting.

Juan had called my fiancée unannounced while we were away taking care of family matters on the date of a showing. As soon as she picked up, Juan went into firing off questions asking where we were and if we were close to let in the people who were viewing the unit. We informed Juan earlier that day that we would not be there but assumed since he’s the realtor, he would be there to show the unit but that was not the case. Juan wasn’t there to help those people with viewing the unit and decided to blame us for it when he wasn’t there nor was he prepared with keys. While my fiancée was explaining how we communicated that who wouldn’t be there, he continued to cut her off and stated that we “were making the process difficult” all because he is desperately trying to sell the building(his words, not ours).

By then I had had enough and took the phone to speak with him where he again tried to shift the blame on us that we didn’t communicate with him when it was the other way around. Juan stated that he was never given keys to show the unit but seemed to have forgotten the family he allowed to view property two days prior at 7:30 at night(I remembered because they were using a key to try and get into our unit, not the vacant one). Juan couldn’t provide us with an answer on why he wasn’t the one there for the viewing nor why he doesn’t have keys to the property he’s so “desperately” trying to sell.

Just unprofessional overall and will informed friends and family in the Chicago area not to work with this Juan Soto.
