This review has been a long time coming, and I'm glad to finally be writing it as it is very well deserved. Michael helped my wife and I buy a home in April of 2021. The market was overwhelmingly in favor of sellers. Open houses in our target neighborhood would have lines wrapped around the block and then be contingent within a few days of hitting the market. Everything was going way over list, and there were so few homes available. It was also the height of the pandemic and my wife was pregnant. Michael made our safety a top priority, and was incredibly accommodating for scheduling. Despite all these challenges, Michael helped us find and buy our perfect home in an absolutely ideal location, and we couldn't be happier. Michael is extremely professional, personable, and skilled. His knowledge of every facet of buying and selling homes is truly vast. He was always patient with us, and never pushy. Michael truly wants to help you make the best decision you can for yourself. You can trust he is working for you, not just a payday. With Michael, you don't only get expertise, you get connections. He knows everyone in the business. Seriously. If he says he knows an area he KNOWS an area; people included. We saw tons of homes over a few months, and we were the first or second ones in there almost every time.
