Catherine came as a recommendation from a family friend and we couldn’t have been any more pleased. Her patience landed us our DREAM home. We went to see so many houses, and put in so many offers only to be outbid in a very competitive housing market. Luckily we had a great realtor (Catherine) who put in reasonable offers that were very enticing to buyers. However this market was extremely difficult to land anything. We had one of our offers accepted, and got through the entire closing process but we backed out a week before closing. We realized we were settling for less, and we could have done better. Instead of Catherine worrying about “losing the sale,” she encouraged us to go with our heart, and that this decision to close should be with THE house, not just any house just so we can close and be done with the process (we wanted to close ASAP because our daughter’s school year was only a few weeks away, and we did not want to move during her school year or during the colder months. We also needed to move ASAP with the wife starting a new job that she had to move for before her start date). Needless to say, we backed out of the offer and our dream house came true just a few weeks later. In hindsight, we would have made a HUGE mistake on the first house, and Catherine was just as supportive and diligent as before we made the offer on the first offer. She could have thought that this sale was a waste of her time, BUT SHE DIDN’T. She kept on encouraging us, giving us hope that we will eventually find our forever home. And we did. She treated us like family, and continues to keep in touch even after we moved and settled in with the house she helped us find. She is an incredible realtor, goes out of her way for her client, and beyond patient. She is professional, courteous, and provides so much support and care. We recommended her to family and friends, and even they are very pleased with her as their realtor. If you are a beginner in this process, or just looking for another realtor, or in the process of starting to look for a new home, please try Catherine out. You will not be disappointed. We are so happy where we are today, and we are so thankful for a realtor such as Catherine.
