BEWARE OF AGENT MISCONDUCT: one of their agents ran my personal information without consent. I have never conducted business with this agent nor Coldwell Banker Realty and never will, due to this incident. The agent used company resources to obtain background personal information. I had a personal/civil matter with the agent’s relative and Coldwell’s agent ran my information to provide to their family member.

When addressed with their managing broker, they did not agree to report the misconduct to the state and refused to disclose what steps they took in addressing this matter. They just allow their agents to use company resources for personal matters and a clear violation of my privacy. Would not recommend this office if your privacy matters to you.

My realtor was adequate but left CB and their manager saw fit to penalize me hundreds of dollars for not continuing with Coldwell banker. Although it was in the contract, it is rare for any realty company to assess that kind of penalty. I would not give them my shed to sell.

Ughhh. So disappointed with the realtor duo team Jean Christensen and Celine Heraty. We took off work, had them come over to meet with us about listing our house. All agreed on price, timeframe, etc. Went to their office the next day to sign the listing agreement. The following day they say they've changed their minds and no longer want our listing? So unprofessional. Don't waste your time with these clowns. They clearly can't make up their mind what end is up or down.
