Got treated like a human and I think the lady knew I was not well because she was beyond kind and her voice was that of someone doing their best to make another stranger feel less than empty. Thanks lady for being a good human.

It was a Saturday, so of course, almost closing time, and I needed a new card. The window clerk was extra nice. I mean, the facial expression was a smile just all around great customer service. The new cards are blue now. Green is my favorite color, but I like the color blue as long as it gets the job done. I didn't get her name but she is really nice.

Formally known as Members Choice Credit Union that was located in St Marks court building!! That’s how long I have been a member and I am very appreciative of this credit union! They help their banker’s out in any form! They are honest and straightforward! Customer Service is extremely phenomenal!!! I love my credit union!!

If I could rate it a 0 from how their Employee Angie just spoke to me on the phone I would. She was rude, nasty, & attitude was simply unprofessional. She spoke to me like I was a Child I had to call her name multiple times to get her to pause and stop interrupting me & she turns around and says yes Angie is my name. Excuse me? All because I had a question and didn’t have a proper understanding. She proceeds to scream on the phone well it’s not going to change. & offered a nasty solution I didn’t ask for. If your looking for answers to a question I sure wouldn’t be asking her. Never been spoke to by a bank representative like that ever in my life. Hope this review shines some light on how their employees speak to their clients. I’ve been banking with them for about 6 years. Never had this problem before today. & Makes me rethink banking with them seriously

The People working the counter are always friendly but the lending department people are just rude as ever. Get off the high horse and learn customer service. I have been banking here 37 years and I am just tired of it. Place went down hill once JJ retired.

I never share about my banking experience! But. Today is the day, I been banking with members for at least a decade and I have ALWAYS HAD GREAT CARE TAKEN OF MY AFFAIRS!! Jj IS THE MVP ALWAYS POLITE AND READY TO GO THE EXTRA MILE !! Joe EXTREMELY KIND HEARTED AND COMPASSIONATE! My only complaint SONYA IN THE FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT! Although I am a pretty boisterous I have NEVER ever encountered such a rude AND MATTER OF FACT PERSON WHO CRITICIZES THEIR MEMBERS LIKE SHE DOES. It’s almost as if she has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS OR MANNERS! I am a fair person and if I’m rude I will apologize but to be basically Down talked and criticized by AN EMPLOYEE is not ok and NO MAME THAT IS NOT YOUR JOB! I personally don’t think Sonya IS A GOOD EMPLOYEE AS WELL AS A PERSON! No other complaints about anyone else. Angie has always been helpful as well!

If there were an option for zero or negative stars, this place would deserve it. I have been a member for 10+ years and the customer service has gone from bad to worse. After a terrible experience this week I posted a negative review to Facebook and instead of reaching out to make an attempt to rectify the situation or apologize for their poor service they deleted my review. The hallmark of shady business practices trying to cover up their bad service and only allowing the positive reviews to remain on their page. Customers beware. As I am certain this review will be deleted too, i have already reported them to the better business bureau and the chamber of commerce.
