It was easy, drop trailer by the shop area,they will loaded during the night, there's a phone number to call or the woman there will be in bad mood, a such Amy...you never know how long that person will stay, been here before and, a lot of new faces...anyway...once you drop off your trailer, find it by the shop area and go at the end of the building to get you paperwork...morning is busy ,busy

When I came to unload they told me to wait for about 2 hours, but I waited from 9am to 6pm, so be careful with the right time, and the people who work there do not treat drivers very well👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Yard jockey drivers in this facility not help ful at all they donot know nothing about their work place .when ever u ask questions to them they say u straight donot know .and ur trying pickup trailer or drop trailer they watch u .they will even not let u hook trailer with patience. They want to u quick to get out from there faclity. They disrespect lot to outside long haul drivers.they think like a boss to self .come on jockeys drivers learn some respect and patience and respect

🛑 Outside truck drivers !! BE WARNED !! 🛑
After you leave your Picking up trailer here. Local drivers connect their air hoses very badly to our trailers !! These hostile local drivers, very often, move our trailers with our wheels not spinning !! Tires just rubbed hard !!!! I will have to change two more tires again !! With such a loss of money, time and nerves, it is simply not profitable. This is not a business, it is a robbery!

I drop my Trailer here at evening and when I come tomorrow morning to pick up my tailor, their stupid drivers, broken my Trailer. When I asked them, they said you need to talk with the dispatcher. He talk with the Broker and Broker talk with the vendor. So then somebody will come to fix up your Trailer. Maybe few more day..💁🏿‍♂️💁🏼..

Worst place ever to pickup a load if you only have one trailer run from this place been over 15 hours then said load canceled half loaded need my trailer can’t even unload pathetic just like yellow freight I hope this miserable company goes out of business to. They keep saying 30 minutes over and over bunch of losers .

No experience with them professionally but 2 weeks ago I was driving towards one of their on coming trucks and a rock flew off of it. I called them the next morning to see about getting some sort of reparations and they said "it's a road hazard" and there's nothing they would do for me. I understand that's legally how it works but it was disappointing how it transpired.

Had a bad experience with there HR seems to me she’s always behind.Had some court requested information for payroll took her 3 months to make it go into affect. Some guys don’t pay taxes seen 5 guys for sure where there payroll is messed up “yikes” good luck XPO
