Future renters be prepared for: incredibly rude treatment by the woman who runs his front office, to be responsible for all utilities and for taking care of all of the yardwork and snow removal. You hand him money every month in order to live in an ugly little apartment that comes with major expenses and physical labor. Please pay attention to all of the previous reviews. Slum lord who exploits those who are in need of affordable housing.

The lady in charge there has to be the Angriest and provides the worst customer service that you can ever come across on any business. She doesn't say Hi to you back. She doesn't talk to you and just lets you talk. Then doesn't even make eye contact with you from the moment you walk in until you leave she finally takes a glance at you. I am extremely happy with my new apartment, but also extremely sad that I have to pay my rent in this location every month and have to look at her bad service. I will call Corporate Office if the problems continues and lets see who wins. I refuse to allow a realtor to come in between my happiness... Thank you
