6/2022 5* First time here. Been with the Credit Union for 30 years. But first time to this location. Staff was friendly for sure. Lynne went above and beyond to help me with something. Of course this is why you use a Credit Union vs a Bank to begin with. Service, service, service. Lynne certainly demonstrated that for me.

They tell you that you qualify for loans, ut they don't tell you that they only give loans to poeple with 800 score or more !!! Or 30yrs of credit, there prejudice against anyone who has less !!! Would never go there will never do business with a company as small minded and and closed as they are. The worst experience there. There definitely not American or care about hard working small time poeple, only the RICH

Lynn Huck and all the other ladies at PFCU make each visit to the Credit Union special!
Their helpfulness, kindness, patience and concern for members are priceless in today's world. Lynn is super-efficient and knowledgeable, getting me all set up with a new account in a matter of minutes the other day. Where so many other financial institutions are reducing person-to-person interaction through increased technology, it's so nice to be greeted with a friendly smile and kind words when handling our personal finances!

I’ve been a longtime member and have always received great service.

I recently called for a totally different reason, but Lynne noticed my account could benefit from some updates, which she handled easily and quickly.

She also helped me set up a beneficiary, which I had been wanting to do for a while. Everything was super simple from my end and I appreciated the proactive and helpful suggestions.

I had a wonderful experience with Lauren at the Barrington location. She was polite, knowledgeable and really listened to what I needed. She found the best solution and made it so easy to make the changes . She definately deserves a raise!

Huge shout out to this location in general as all the people I have spoke with over the years have upheld the friendly, professional hometown feel, at this location, that I remember from when I was young.

Susan was exceptionally welcoming and was great at walking me through refinancing my car loan. She was patient, kind, she gave great advice for future purchases and she was very friendly.
