Started telefon trading over half century ago at local Cargill Bro office, been through good -& other- advisors Merrill Lynch all over the country before switching to newer & various online systems.

I've been with Generic Trade forever. I think I opened an account soon after they opened and that was about 10 years ago more or less. There have been some ups and downs, but overall I have been really happy. The trading experience is great and any time I have had any questions/issues, they have been over the top accommodating. Truthfully I have opened a few other accounts over the years while there because of some enticing offers, but Generic Trade has been the most consistent with what they say on the website and the experience. They have never hit me with any kind of unexpected fee and they never raised my commission. Also, in all of the time I've been there, I have never gotten a call to do anything. I still get calls every day from the other places with salespeople trying to sell me on trades or services I don't want. It's true, Generic Trade doesn't have a single salesperson or broker:) Keep up the good work Generic Trade!

After seeing some videos on the new platforms at Generic Trade, I decided to open a small account to check them out, since I wasn’t too familiar. I opened the account and was trading within 24 hours, which was great since it took almost a week at etrade for futures. I really like the platform and am able to use them on my ipad and iphone really well. The learning curve was much better than other platforms I’ve used and there are all of the features I use. They have a mac program too and I’ll probably get to that soon, but I’m happy now just trading mobile. It’s been about a month and I’ll definitely be moving over more funds to trade larger contracts.
