Terrible communication. Accountant didn’t return emails for weeks. Had to call 4 times in one day to get a reply they won’t file our corporate taxes. If you are a local small business owner I would look elsewhere. My family also used them for personal and they would not file my mother’s taxes.

In 19 years of business as an entrepreneur I have been more disappointed personally and professionally. There are a lot of accountants. Do no recommend

I have worked with 2 accountants in this office and am upset that neither has the decency to communicate. One made promises he did not keep (off season), the other remedied that after the deadline but than completely ignored me after she started to do another return for me. Also i have yet to receive any of my documentation back that i was promised.
