Working with Chris Tafoya made selling our first home easy, simple and quick! He constantly went ABOVE and beyond for us by thinking five steps ahead while also keeping us informed every step of the way. Chris doesn’t stop working for you because it’s football Sunday or because he’s at the beach on vacation, he is always working to give the client the best possible outcome. Despite being on vacation, he secured five showings within an hour of listing and would call each time to verify we were able to accept the show time.

He would immediately notify us when the showing ended in order to minimize the time we had to be gone as well as give us any immediate feedback he got from the buyers agent. If an offer was even a potential, he was informing us. He got us EXACTLY what asked for AND the buyers would pay closing costs, and agreed to a date that was the most ideal for us and our new home. Did I mention he got us the dream offer and under contract in LESS THAN 24 HOURS.

Once we were under contract, he would notify us when documents were sent to our emails to explain what it was and answer any questions we had. As a veteran himself, working with him is the DREAM for any military family looking to buy or sell a home. He can genuinely relate to those who he serves at Moody AFB because he’s done it! Unlike the unpredictable and constantly changing military schedule you have, Chris provides stability, flexibility and a motivation to be the agent to fight for the clients whose schedules are unpredictable.

Chris Tafoya was my realtor who did an amazing job helping me buy a new construction home build in Lakeland, GA.
