It's quite and peaceful here. Nice neighbors. Great neighborhood.
The wildlife here is amazing.
The pond is 30 acres. I kayak in it all the time. The views off the top Balcony is amazing.. you can even see fireworks on holidays.
I thought about doing a bed and breakfast here. The downstairs could accommodate that. Two separate entrances down stairs. A fire place down there for ambiance... Or it could be a man or she cave. Game Room. Or an In law Suite. Mother Daughter. Or you could put your own beauty salon down there or business.
The potential is endless.
Wake up in the morning roll over and seeing the pond is great.
Wooded on one side and in the front. Fenced in the other side. With Grape vines.
Horse Farm across the street.
The best thing I can say about this place Serenity peaceful and quiet.
