I've been a renter for over 3 years with Lincoln Realty. They are quick and efficient when it comes to repairs. Theresa was SUPER helpful after hurricane Helene destroyed the rental I was last in. 5 trees on a 2/1. Unlivable, and I doubt it will be able to be repaired. Theresa told me to check out the website and let her know which place would accommodate my family. I found one, and she was quick to get me in. I am so thankful.

I have been a resident since February 2022 and must say this company is one of the best realtors I've rented from. Whenever I have any issues or concerns with my home they are on top of it.

There have been two hurricanes since my occupancy. This last one the property owner and son-in- law came out to cut trees down that prevented me from having electricity.

The amount of gratitude for such a wonderful company and home owner is much reciprocated.

If you don’t have 50$ to spare/waste I wouldn’t apply to their properties. Everyone that I’ve asked about applying has said they were denied. Even knowing that, i still applied. Only to be denied because of my credit history. Mind you i have No evictions. So the 1 thing on there should not have been an issue that concerned them. Especially when my rental history is great. So, if you’re really needing a place to stay but don’t have a PERFECT history, don’t apply! They should list ALL the reasons a person can be denied on their website. Or say what’s required.

Easy application process and whatever needed taken care of prior and after move in was done promptly. It was just a great experience even going into the office. I usually rent from private owners but I would definitely recommend Lincoln Reality.

My Air Conditioning unit outside made a popping noise and stopped putting out cold air. My 9 month old grandson was sleeping in my guest room. The temperature went up to 81 in no time. I sent a request for repair. It was responded to immediately. By the time I returned my grandson to his Mom I received the call that the repairs would be made within 2 hours. When I arrived home he was waiting for me. Nice cold air again!!

They are so lucky I’m the peaceful person I am today. My father did informed me that the lady has a personal vendetta against him & his wife, which I can see now talking to her. She is nasty, rude, & told me that she manually denied him for being 1 month late on rent back in 2018 ? the peaceful calm me just said I do not think we want to rent from you all anyways. I smell a hint of racism ?

Every time I’ve made a trouble call on issues concerning the property the team at Lincoln realty makes sure the issues are resolved quickly even the major issues like the AC unit went out and replaced with a new unit very fast. Property managers are understanding and helpful salute
