Kristen is absolutely amazing! We ended up switching agents because we moved and wanted someone more local. We stumbled upon Kristen and totally hit the JACK POT! She is wicked fast in responding to any question we have. She is extremely knowledgeable and if she doesn't know she finds out very quickly AND follows up quickly - which is so refreshing! She also adds some really nice extra touches - like sending a personalized birthday card with handwritten signatures. I also love all she does for her local community. If you are considering switching - or even if not - do it and go with Kristen - you won't be disappointed!
