We were not only surprised but very disappointed in the lack of effort put into selling our home.. They seem to be more focused on how many listings they can get instead of focusing on selling the properties they have. It doesn't end there, they were also the most ignorant and rude realtors we've ever dealt with.. We were warned by several individuals to stay away from Mallett Real Estate, but we decided to give them a try since they already told us they had several buyers interested that were ready to buy..We'll, That was a lie!!! It was just a business tactic used to obtain our listing..We ended up having our listing terminated due to such disappointment... As a final last jab to us, they refused to return our sd card which held all of the pictures of our property.. I/we would absolutely not recommend using Mallett Real Estate unless you enjoy being jerked around, lied to and stole from..

The agents at mallet real estate would do good to work on customer service and etiquette. I have never been treated so rudely by a real estate company before! And you might want to reconsider listing with this agency because they have no motivation to sell your house if it requires them actually doing something. They actually discouraged the showing and selling of a house because it was a “waste of their time”. Actually appalling how they treat their prospective customers/ buyers!
