My name is Travis Healey and I own Wicked Munchies LLC. My review is based on selling the contents and ground lease for a space I own.

I reached out to Maine Business Brokers after receiving (and declining) an offer for $120k for a space I own a ground lease on. After receiving the offer, I thought to reach out to a broker to see if I could maximize the sale and list it professionally.

I had a very disappointing experience with Maine Business Brokers and Brian Hanson. Instead of asking any questions or learning about my business, Brian immediately told me it was worth only $60K, no matter what I said. Claiming he knew everything there was to know about the Ellsworth market, as well as the Florida market.

I have kids in college, and I felt like I was talking to an angry child. Absolutely do not recommend.

*Updated the review to Highlight Mr. Hanson also noted they only take listings where the receive a commission of $50,000.00 or greater, smaller businesses should look elsewhere.
