We were in a hurry to get a new home and relied on their agent to our detriment. We should have known these guys were untrustworthy when they charged a $500 retainer fee. Their agent recommended an inspector who we later discovered was utterly incompetent and missed major issues with electrical, plumbing, and the roof that ended up costing us many thousands of dollars in unforeseen repairs. When we complained, they basically said, “tough luck.” Find another realtor.

The team of Bruce Brandon and Andy Nadeau are by far the best. Their expertise and knowledge was way above the other 5 realtors I spoke with. They not only gave me excellent advice they constantly kept me informed. I really feel they went way above my expectations. I believe if I had a million dollar property I wouldn't have gotten any better service from these gentlemen.
Everything was quality I cannot give them enough credit. They also were decent people and I enjoyed working with them. Also Rich Kendrick did an amazing job with the drone pictures.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a property and I chose ERA-Dawson. Wow! What a great experience. The Roe Team: Mark and Nancy Roe truly 'wowed' me! I LOVED the idea of a team handling the sale. While Nancy was helping me through the tour, Mark was with the inspector making sure this place was solid. Mark and Nancy were thorough and very knowledgeable. These two were also very fun! They made buying a home fun! I know! Usually it's a horrible experience, not with the Roe Team. Also, I had questions that I emailed at all hours of the night; most were answered THAT night! Very unexpected. Phone calls were answered *promptly* and handled with ease. These two go above and beyond to make sure all the "I 's" were dotted and the T's crossed and the sale was a breeze. I will never use another realty company in Bangor.
