Phil helped us in a 92 acre lot purchase and was an absolute asset from: 1.) preparing a comp report so that we made a fair, informed offer, 2.) helping us navigate the process of obtaining DOT approval for a driveway, 3.) utility due diligence to bring electricity on to the property, 4.) walking the property and meticulously finding all the survey points, 5.) assisting and answering promptly and efficiently and questions or concerns we had regarding our acquisition.

Great experience with Phil McPhail and his wife Carmen. Kept in close contact with me every step of the way. I live in Virginia and our property was of course in Maine. Mariea was absolutely amazing in helping us buy our dream home. We lived 3 hours away so she put 7 homes in a row so we only had to drive here once. She met with our own inspector as well as the va inspector so we didn’t have to drive all the way here. She also helped us with getting our closing cost down as we were well over 30000.
