After meeting with another realtor which left me uneasy, Karen was recommended to me. From the initial time we met I felt comfortable, heard and cared for. Selling my first home I purchased on my own was a big step for me. It took me a whole year before I was ready to list and during that time Karen checked in periodically but was never pushy. I came back to Karen strictly based off my first impression. She was efficient, knowledgeable and supportive through the entirety of the process, which meant a lot to me.
