Well last yr I had gotten my taxes done through Jodi Gill, and everything was fine went smoothly. Than this yr I call and ask if they can do it again? Now mind u I haven’t worked, but I still have that right for the child tax credit. Well this new guy Nick says oh we can’t do it. Why? Because u haven’t worked. Now mind you I’ve told this guy twice that I haven’t worked n have a dependit. Well he forgot n said oh I’ll call you back, two wks go by nothing, I call again and get the same idiot. And yes he was an idiot and tells me oh I can’t do it u have to do it urself. What? Now not only have they wasted my time, but now I have to go somewhere else. When all they had to say the whole time is we can’t and won’t do it cause it’s not important enough, or sorry I’m not a lawyer making thousands each yr. I feel that they discriminated against me, and it’s very upsetting. So that was my experience and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
