Many issues and with the latest issues with the accounts I'm just going to end business with this place. Not sure why that think it's ok to not fund ALL money that was took when it's not the customers fault. I intentionally keep liw amounts in this bank. With this glitch it threw my account into negative, so it took money out my savings and I still owed so I replaced the money. They stated they would only refund the dble charge and not anything else. So I'm OUT OF MONEY AND THEY DON'T SEE A ISSUE WITH THAT. If my account was never dble charged I would not have had to pay 44 dollars extra. Why would I not get the refunded when my account didn't go into negative on my part. Nor did I do any dble charges on my part. Worst credit union EVER! SECOND time they have cheated me out of my and I've loss money ..DONE DONE AND DONE.

One branch. One ATM. Not the most technically advanced bank. Nothing seems to move on a timely basis. Been a "member" for two decades and am questioning my choice in banks. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for your banking needs.Edit: This "bank" is the worst. Your money is safer in a sandwich bag left in their parking lot than it is in their "bank". Mathematics is not something they have any knowledge of. Security is a farce. Please avoid these people.

Too many issues and now 2 months going on 3 in August no card mailed to me yet, no option to get one at the location like other banks and credit unions. The lack of things available and options they should have compared to other credit unions is very low. Just going to have my family and I close our accounts here.

I’ve been doing business with Community Healthcare Credit union since Presence ( Covenant) medical center when I was an employee there, and I’m still with them. The employees that I’ve personally met with or spoke to over the phone were ALWAYS polite, respectful, and willing to assist you. They do a fabulous job.
