If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. Worst decision I’ve ever made was trying to get a car loan with this place. Their website states that they do an initial soft pull on your credit To determine your eligibility. However, without my knowledge, a hard pull was done leaving me with no choice, but to go with them so that I wouldn’t get another inquiry on my credit. That was the beginning of a very long nightmare. I was contacted by the branch assistant manager, Anne Conradi, asking me if I was looking for a used or new car. I told her I was looking for a used car with a reasonable price. Our interaction started off is very pleasant. Once she knew that I was looking for a used car, she forwarded me an email telling me that my process would be a lot smoother if I went and purchased a car from her husband‘s dealership. I thought this was very strange, doesn’t that seem like a conflict of interest? However, she insured me that I wouldn’t have to drive back-and-forth from the dealership to the institution to pick up the check because she could do everything electronically. That sounds helpful, right? So far from the truth. I looked at her husband’s website and didn’t find anything I liked. She was very persistent and kept trying to put me in a car that had 87,000 miles on it. I explained to her that was too much considering the car was a 2021. And the payments were crazy. Once she determined that I was not interested in purchasing a car and her husband‘s dealership, the niceness went out the door. She became harder to contact, and her messages became much colder. She even went as far as to have her husband text me. I ignored the text, of course. I went to another dealership and found a car that I really liked. It was a 2020 however it only had 10,000 miles, it was $1000 cheaper than the car she suggested, with all of the amenities that I wanted. I sat at that dealership for 2 1/2 hours going back-and-forth with her Because all of a sudden, she was not able to offer Me a loan. I was so frustrated that I even reached out to her supervisor who was also no help. I basically ended up going through the dealership to get financed and I’m so glad I did. My payments are much cheaper than what she was willing to give me For the car at her husband‘s dealership and I actually have the car I want, With my desired mileage and amenities. My suggestion to anyone looking to purchase a car is to stay as far away from this branch as possible. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. when I got home with my new car, I immediately went on their website moved my money out of my Iliana accounts and will be contacting the corporate office to close it.

I have been banking with Illiana for a few years now, I chose them after an unpleasant experience at my last Credit Union right up the road. Honestly never had a bad interaction with anyone there, always have been kind and super helpful with any question or concern I’ve had.

I recommend this Credit Union to a few of my friends and family members who have enjoyed their experience as well. Love how they know who you are when you pull up, not filling out a bunch of slips that have been flying around your car for days. Surprisingly have some very competitive rates when it comes to loans and even have a cool Christmas savings plan to offer amongst other things.

I would recommend this Credit Union 10 times over any other Credit Union in our area!!! As someone who has multiple banks and accounts this by far is my favorite location to visit.

Makes you keep $20 in your savings account at all times, charges you $5 month for "security protection" One of the rudest and coldest interactions with their financial manager that I have ever encountered. I wish I could list a name, but I was never told, introduced, no name badge, or small talk. Very rude.
