1st time filing taxes after getting divorced. Going from dependents and house and filing as married to filing as single with nothing and Katarzyna was a life safer. She made me feel comfortable and guided me thru everything. She is great! Highly recommend her.

Last year was my first time filing without TurboTax or H&R Block and I did not enjoy the in person experience that De Sensi provided. I worked with Katarzyna and because my husband and I did not live in the same state she needed assistance from someone else in the office. The man was talking loudly enough for people outside to hear, and he was expressing his frustrations and confusion on why we lived in different states and how ridiculous it was. That didn't make me feel great, but we're here to file taxes not talk about your opinion of my living situation. I finished filing with De Sensi and one year later I'm running into issues regarding my taxes filed by this office. I'm being told, we should have paid last year, yet we received a return. This year I owe 5k+ due to the incorrect tax return filed. If you don't know how to file a special circumstance with my husband and I living in different states, then you should just say that instead of wrecking our taxes. Thank you for the worst 1st time experience filing with someone other than the online sites.

As for the negative reviews, ha! That a joke, someone complained on $200 fee That’s relatively cheap!!
These guys are awesome!!, debits turn into legit credits with this place, this group handles some traders from CBOT, we all agree, Anthony and company are excellent at deductions!!!, that’s all I have to say, they are awesome
20+yr customer now, wouldn’t dare go anywhere else

PEOPLE BEWARE!!! My family has been going to this location for over 10 years and we have never been so disappointed up till now. 200 dollars to do my taxes!!! No dependents, not a property owner, literally just my income taxes and they charge me 200 dollars. 200 dollars for maybe 10-15 minutes of actual work they had to do. I’d be less upset if the account who will remain nameless actually met with me but no, they had me drop off my W-2’s and failed to let me know their new outrageous prices (60 dollar bump from last year). Save your money and do it yourself.

Absolutely TERRIBLE service from Natalia in the front office. I requested an extension due to my husband being out of state for training (Sheriff Deputy) to which she confirmed it was done - several times. Needless to say the extension was filed for me only not my husband. When I called about this issue, she stated that we have to file an abatement because the extension was never filed for my husband because she didn't know I was married and I didn't send the right paperwork. I'm sorry, you are the experts so you should have informed me that I didn't send in the appropriate documents and also that is a lie when you say you didn't know I was married. I wrote it in my emails - what does "My husband..." mean to you I work in CS, so if I ask a customer to send me __ this PO and __ that PO and they don't send me the correct documents do I just ignore their request/question or assume what they sent me was all I needed after I discussed with them the different POs they had questions on? NO, I reach back out to them and advise I received the incorrect info because otherwise I would LOSE MY JOB for not doing it correctly. Good Heavens, I cannot believe this! Email dates are (in order), 3/28, 4/3, and 4/16. It's just unreal to me. We will be finding a new tax office. Horrible experience...and Anthony does not reach out when including him or emailing him directly.
