Cheryl Held doing our family taxes for the last 15 years. She has always been are very professional and accommodating. She takes her time and explains everything. Fast, friendly service from Cheryl and her staff. Talk about focused- Cheryl cooked breakfast, did a load of laundry and vacuumed her office-all at the same time- while preparing my taxes, quickly and accurately. Just kidding. Absolutely awful is the nicest way I can state how this place conducts business. Filed my taxes here for 2020 and didn't get my return back until the second week of Oct 2022! Mistakes happen but to have Cheryl blame everything on the poor mail service is bush league. To see other reviews how the same thing has happened make me wonder why this place is still in business. 0 stars.

I do not recommend. We filed our taxes in April of 2020 and it is currently Feb 2021 and we still do not have our tax return. This was due to a mistake made by Cheryl and she took no accountability for it. She also has not been very responsive and showed lack of care in fixing her mistake and getting us our return

Horrible experience and I highly recommend not using.
Cheryl made a mistake in filing our 2019 tax return that we still to this day do not have. Yes she made a mistake which happens but she took no accountability for her mistake and made no effort to rectify the situation. She has not been responsive throughout this entire process and provided little to no guidance or answers.
Her mistake on our 2019 return has resulted in me and my wife not receiving the last 2 stimulus checks and not receiving our 2019 tax return.
