Ken is untrustworthy, lazy and incompetent. Allowing him to handle our taxes was a massive mistake. He is too old to care what kind of mess he leaves for his clients. Kim is also very unprofessional and only makes excuses for Ralph and Ken's incompetence.

The experience wasn’t great overall. Even though Ken eventually did our taxes it took him almost 3 months after we dropped off our paperwork, which means we were late on both our business and personal taxes. He also charged us more than twice what he quoted us when we first met him. On the plus side he was always responsive. We will not be returning customers. He seems like he is too busy to give all his customers the attention they need.

Old, slow, careless, and worst of all, way overpriced. These guys are just phoning it in until retirement. I have an S-Corp and TurboTax did an exponentially better job for 20% of the cost of these jokers. You’re better off going to ANY online tax service than you are going to these fossils.

I reached out to M&M for routine 2019 tax preparation because I was tired of doing it myself. I sat down with Ralph for a few minutes, left him with my tax documents, and within about a week everything was filed and taken care of. Ralph and the staff are a great team to work with, and I will absolutely be returning for 2020 taxes. And even better, their pricing is very fair. Thanks!

Incompetent. 5 years of trying to get things fixed though the IRS. They never contacted the irs and just gave excuses or said it was handled. Go somewhere else.
